Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify student needs and develop effective interventions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and behavioral support to students across K-12 grade levels
- Monitor student progress and adjust support plans as necessary
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and implement strategies that enhance student learning and development
Desired Qualifications
- Valid school psychologist certification or license
- Experience working with students in grades K-12, preferably in middle and high school settings
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with school staff and families
